1. Acceptance
By using Tawreed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be a legally registered business in Egypt, KSA, or the UAE. Personal/non-commercial accounts are not allowed.
3. Verification
Every profile passes verification. Tawreed reserves the right to refuse or suspend any account that does not meet verification standards.
4. Contracts
Contracts are formed directly between buyer and supplier. Tawreed is an intermediary platform and is not party to the contract unless explicitly stated.
5. Fees
Registration and browsing are free. A small platform fee applies to completed contracts and is disclosed in advance.
6. Ownership
All uploaded content remains the property of its owner. You grant Tawreed a license to display the content within the platform only.
7. Prohibited use
No false data, no unlawful content, no attempted breach or reverse-engineering of the platform.
8. Termination
Tawreed may terminate any account that violates these terms, has no active contracts, or is inactive for 12 months.
9. Changes
We update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via in-app notice 30 days in advance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved in competent Riyadh courts.
