Every factory on Tawreed is verified across three pillars: legal, capacity, and reputation. Here is the exact checklist we run.
Trust is the spine of any procurement marketplace. When a buyer ships a single-page brief into the world and asks for offers, the platform's reputation is on the line.
Here is the exact three-pillar vetting process we run for every factory before they can submit their first offer:
1. Legal. Commercial registration, tax ID, and a beneficial-owner letter are required. We cross-check the trade name against the chamber of commerce and verify the business is in good standing.
2. Capacity. A site visit (or recent video walkthrough), photos of the production lines, and a declared monthly capacity. We tag each factory by the IndustryMachinery it actually owns — not what it claims it can subcontract.
3. Reputation. Three buyer references that we cold-call. We ask three things: did the factory hit the agreed delivery date, were the parts within tolerance, and would you bid them again.
Only after all three pass does a factory get the green "Verified" pill on the marketplace.
