End-of-line inspections catch problems too late. Bringing QA into the production line cuts scrap, rework, and your total cost.

Most buyers default to end-product-only QA because it's cheaper per visit. The math rarely works in their favor.

When a defect is caught at the end of the line, the entire batch is suspect. Rework rates of 8–15% are common, and the schedule slips by weeks. Step-by-step QA catches the same defect after 5% of the batch is run, saving the rest.

In our internal data across 240+ contracts last quarter, step-by-step QA had a 3.2× lower defect-escape rate and a 1.4× higher on-time delivery rate compared with end-product-only. It's pay-now-or-pay-more-later.
